How to Use:

Rinsing (Essential): Place one pressed portion into your gaiwan or teapot. Pour a small amount of freshly boiled water (100°C) over the tea and immediately discard the water. This "wakes up" the tea.

Hot Brew (Optimal): Pour freshly boiled water (100°C) over the rinsed portion. Use approximately 150 ml of water per tea portion.

Steeping Time: Steep for 30–60 seconds for the first infusion. Increase the steeping time by 15 seconds for subsequent brews.

Re-Infuse: High-quality Puerh can be re-steeped multiple times (5–8 times), offering unique flavour evolution with each infusion.
